Great Big Life Journey

Hah, I think I do this every year...start my blog up again.   Maybe this time I'll stick to it.  So many things to reflect on this Christmas Eve day.

A granddaughter who is 1, a son who is a senior in high school, a daughter who is a fantastic mother, a husband who is my best friend, a rental clan that are a light in life.

So as I begin this again, I write this for me, I am not here to offend anyone, get on a soap box or make any big shift in the world....just my view of my life and what my untrained, uninformed self sees as I look out into the world.

I figure I should perfect my small area of the world before I start getting an opinion about bigger isseues.

So here is my attempt at honesty and what I go through....this should be funny and fun and lighthearted. 

I write all of this to remind myself....so we shall see where this brings me going forward.

Okay so I'd write about all the things I did wrong...let's focus on what I did right.  Dank a healthy smoothie for breakfast. Went and saw friends at a long term care facility, they are there due to a motorcycle accident.  Cleaned etc.  I am 700 calories over in my diet because I had chocolates for lunch and a bottle of wine.  I did however find a chart for something to organize every day.....im excited about that.  Seems easy enough but again taking on too many things at once.  Wanna do it and have it all .... NOW!!

I don't want to be fat any more...

I really don't..I want to have fun and turn heads.  I want to be free to breathe and not suck in my stomach.  I feel best when I work out...and eat clean....so it should be easy right???  All of these wants..you'd think that I could just do what I need to do.   Well I am going to... This has been going on for as long as I can remember and it has to stop...now!!!
